I need to change my passcode as we dont know. I also dont know the answer to the security ...

I have done all the steps and got to a security question. I don't know the answer to it. Therefore I had to contact Xbox support to help me. I have tried to send an email, I have tried to leave my details for a call back, which isn't working. Please help
me.

just bought a used x-box 360 from a friend. he forgot passcode. Is there anyway to enter a new passcode w/o knowing the old one?

If it's the Family Settings passcode if you have forgot it then you would need to call Xbox Support as they are the only ones that can reset it.
