I need to change my email tied to my gamertag, the email account no longer exsists

Do you happen to remember the email tied to it and all of your info for that gamertag?

The only I can think of doing this requires access to your original email...but since can't log into that account anymore, you might need to call support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and talk to the guys at accounts and billing.

I'm not saying it's certain since I never had to call support to change my email....but I feel that as long as you can prove it's your account with all of the proper info, they should be able to change the email address tied to your gamertag.

Gamertags are tied to a Microsoft account, so changing the email address associated with the Microsoft account will also change the email address associated with that gamertag. There's a guide on

I had just got my xbox and was connecting it to xbox live. it has some parent email and i have to type that in whenever i want. it also has a weird password, i can change that. Is there i way i could just get rid of the parent email and change the email

So you went to the site, used an e-mail address to redeem a code and now that it's time to claim the prize you cannot get access to the e-mail address and, consequently, the prize?

If I have accurately described your problem, I reiterate that you need to go back to Support. On the prize FAQ (www.onehotholiday.com/faq) they are listed as the people to contact
about problems redeeming codes, and there is nothing we on the forums can do to get your prize re-sent to you. That would be their domain.
