I need to cancel this account as the xbox my grandson was using was stolen

If you have the account Informations you could change the security Detail on the webpage. There is no console needed to do that. There you could cancel the subscriptions too. For the stolzen console use the guide provided by my fellow forum members and
also contact your local Police. Hope that helps.

you've experienced trying to cancel the subscriptions. What you'll need to do is contact Xbox Live Customer support so that

they cancel the subscriptions for you. I'll provide the steps below on how to contact Xbox Customer support. We do not have the tools here to

perform that action. When you speak to the agent, make sure you can provide the Email for the Microsoft account, Gamertag or the debit card

that is being charged so that the agent can locate the transactions. You will also need to fortify the account.

If you would like to cancel it yourself, follow the steps below:

Cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription

This is not me someone has stolen my xbox and trying to reset it.

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

You need not necessarily cancel the account, what you could do is prevent it from being used on the new console.

There are some good steps to take here, especially step 3 should be looked into:

That will stop your profile from being usable on the console, as will changing the password (highly recommended).
