    I NEED TO CANCEL THE RENEWAL FOR XBOX LIVE!


    I purchased xbox live for one month but i need to cancel the renewal. I signed out of my email that i was using for that account but i forgot the password, i tried recovering it but nothing worked. XBOX SUPPORT, PLEASE DEACTIVATE THE RENEWAL FOR XBOX LIVE

    Hello

    Since you have a creditcard attached I assume you have auto renewal which charges you every month. In order to make it charge your other card you'll first need to cancel your auto renewal.

    How to Cancel Your Xbox Subscription

    After you've done that you can then subscribe again for Xbox Live Gold using your new creditcard

    No, you cannot cancel auto-renewal over the internet. Please see the following link:

    Gold subscription canceled on PayPal

    So to cancel an xbox live account you need to do it with xbox live because that is who you have the billing agreement with not PayPal. To do this you sign into your account on xbox live select my account, the select my subscriptions then you will see the
    option to cancel renewal. If that fails you need to call support and they will cancel it.

    you cant as it will need to auto renew at the end of that trial unless you cancel, if you want live then use prepay xbox live cards for convenience.
