and it's never-ending... they say they can't cancel it as they do not have the option to cancel it and need to contact the subscription provider. you say they need to cancel, but Microsoft is taking money from the account. As a subscription provider, you need to allow me to cancel it according to the UE law. I am not asking for a refund I'm asking for canceling the subscription

There is a charge on my credit card that is a Microsoft subscription that I did not authorize, and is not associated with my Microsoft account. I need to cancel that, and I haven’t found anyone to speak to about that.

If the charge isnt appearing on your own Microsoft account then the only option would be to have your bank block the charges because cancelling/refunding the charges from the Microsoft end would require having access to the account that the charges are originating from.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
3. Choose the subscription you want to manage, then follow the steps to cancel. If you meet the requirements, you will be asked to start the refund process for your subscription.

If it is through a Web browser you can access the following page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and there select Services and Subscriptions then manage and there you can cancel your subscription that you have active in the account.

You would need to go to http://account.microsoft.com to cancel your subscriptions. If eligible for a refund, there should be an option to cancel and refund. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
