Sorry to hear it. Please be aware that you should never migrate your account to a country that you do not live in.

As for renewing your membership I'm afraid you'll need to wait until you can migrate back out to your actual country.

physically located in. Since you mention that you're located in Russia, you will need to migrate your account region to Russia using our
Xbox Live Account Migration Tool. Once you've used that tool to migrate to Russia, please try the codes again and let us know how it goes!

If you haven't already, please try the following instructions.

After the migration, you have to ADD a NEW account, and link it to your Microsoft account. Startup will take longer, but it sure works.

On the login prompt in the java launcher, go back. You'll see the Mojang account you had been signing into - ignore it, and add a new account to the launcher. Using the email address associated with the Microsoft account you just migrated to, sign in with the email address and password of your Microsoft account. It's not an elegant migration on the UX side of things, but it does work.

I have migrated as well and even though I have owned minecraft for years, I have to buy it again just because I migrated to this outlook account. I am very frustrated and need help getting my account back, because it's basically gone if I have to buy it again.

I want to Change the Region of my Xbox account to Germany, since that is the place I am currently Living in and also my Microsoft account is set to.

So I went to https://account.xbox.com/en-us/AccountMigrationConfirm but I got this Error "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later."

I Need to Change the Region to use the Microsoft gift Code I bought, can anyone help me?

First see if you have any payments options or adresses from US region. If you have, remove them and try again.

The other problem could be if you recently migrate the account. Because you only can migrate the account one time in 3 month time.
