I had BF4 on Xbox 360 and bought China Rising for it,but now on Xbox One it says I need to buy it again.

Yeah, I was way past the cutoff period for migrating DLC when I got my Xbox One, that's why I tried EA support. They were really helpful and it was sorted within about 10 minutes. Actually, they've been great every time I've had to contact them.

Go to ea.com and sign into your origin account, then go here:
help.ea.com/.../new

and select a topic and fill in the box beneath that with a brief outline of what you need help with. Then click the orange "Next" button at the bottom. Then click the "Chat Now" button to get to a live chat.

Make sure you have all your details (registered email address, date of birth etc.) in case they ask.

Hopefully they'll just give you a code for the DLC like they did for me.

EA actually extended the offer indefinitely, but there are people (like shadow) who ran into issues.

The 360 and the One are different systems, so you'll need to buy content twice if you want it on both.

Sure looks that way unfortunately. If your still running the original white system like I am, I'd copy the memory onto a flash drive and look into the blacks before it eventually bites the dust. Also, I'm sure people have tried this, but see if the One has
a USB port. Maybe you can plug it in and use the data from the thumbdrive.

The One does have a USB port, but since the 360 is not backwards compatible it will not run the content from the 360.

EA offered a launch offer to migrate Battlefield content when the Xbox One launched but it was a limited offer.

If you bought it on 360, it isn't available on Xbox One unless you buy it again or you migrated at the launch of the Xbox One console.
