I Need to Buy Something but the Setting Won't Let Me Change the Settings???

This is th first time I've ever posted something on here so I'm sorry if this isn't in the correct forum! Anyway, I want to buy one month'a subscription to a Gold Membership to play my own dang Minecraft game (which is honestly bull to me smh.) But after
I've entered in all the information (credit card number, phone number, name, etc.) it says that I have to change my settings to allow "All Purchases." Right now it's set at "Teen Default" and it says "Only free content" is allowed for me to get. Now I've searched
/everywhere/ for a way to change the settings to allow me to buy things but the thing is, when I go to "Buy and Download" in the "Custom Privacy and Online Settings" and I select the thing on it to show more options, the other options /don't show/. I mean,
literally nothing. I just click and click a thousand times but it wont show anything but "Only free content" and I haven't found anything that could solve this problem. I am in desperate need of someone to help me here!! I don't know if maybe there's something
else I need to fix before fixing this?

Change your settings to allow purchases

I am trying to buy a dlc but it won't let me it is saying u need to change ur settings to allow purchase and I have looked for it but I can't find it can any one help me

unable to change privacy and online safety settings

Hi there I recently bought an Xbox one, and I went to buy an extra download for Fifa 16 but it would net let me buy it as it said my setting need changed, so I went to my privacy settings and it would not allow me to change any of my details, it says
a parent needs to change it but it won't allow them to do it either. On my Xbox 360 I was allowed to change my account setting to anything but now on Xbox one I cant change anything.

Sorry to hear it. If your settings are blocked and you are under 18 then the parental account will need to change them to allow you to purchase items.

It says I must change my settings to allow the purchase, but my email is the main email for my account, I have tried to get my parents to sign on with there email and it won't let them, I tried to change my setting with that link but it says a parent needs
to do it but they are unable to, i bought a prepaid card to put on the Xbox to then buy something but I am unable to

Alright hey and also how do I change where the Xbox app downloads games because it is currently glitched and won't let me change it. It's set to C:\PerfLogs and it won't let me change it. I don't know why it's set to that.
