    Xbox One FIX!, black screen after update 2021!

    So, it seems that the August 2021 Xbox update results in a black screen for original Xbox One owners.

    I am unfortunately part of this group.

    We can all try the factory reset process, but when exactly does Microsoft need to step up and solve this?

    I'm see a black screen after finishing the update that roll out yesterday August 22 2021, I don't see my dashboard in my xbox, I can see that it logs in but the only I see is a black screen but no dashboard.
