I need the enforcment team to read this.

I've been banned on my account, Deadbabylemur, for one week. I feel this is a false ban that needs to be reviewed. I've been battleing with enforcment for over a month due to random bans taking place. The ban started on the 30th yet yesterday...the 2nd...I
was in a party chat with friends. That cant be right. Please contact me at the email I provided below so I can get this fixed. If another unfair ban comes through I'm just going to switch to ps4. This has eaten up too much time and I've clearly done nothing
wrong.

How to I contact the enforcment team? Did you not read or see my post? There was nothing controversial about it.

the enforcment team does not view the forums you would need to contact them about your ban

 

The Enforcement Team don't use the forum.

You'll have to go to
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo and file a case review.

Also not a good idea to post your email address on a public forum.

 

Eh let people have fun with my email. And I was told to come here by a Microsoft rep as the case review process is not up and running right now

 

Unfortunately they don't seem to know that the Enforcement Team don't use the forum. The only place you can contact them now is through the link above.

 

Jessica is correct.The enforcement team do not read these forums.

The case review she linked is working but if it is a 24 hour suspension or the suspension is over then you can't ask for a case review.

Either way,it is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Most phone/chat support do not have a clue when it comes down to these forums & how they work.
