I am having multiple account harassment from one person using them and your guys report system does not work plz contact me [Mod Removed]

That is not possible to do, even if your account is not perma banned, no stuff can be transferred from two accounts. Sorry.

Couple of things

1. Enforcement does not look at bans/suspensions over a year old.

2. Even if it was less then a year old here is a direct quote from the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

"UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT."

 

Please report and block the people doing this and enforcement will get to your reports as soon as possible.

If they are making other accounts to get around this you can set your communication to friends only which would stop this but you will not be able to hear or talk to other people that are not your friends in game chat or party chat. See here:

If you have an enforcement action:

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

The best option is to report the person then block them.

Also, making a blanket threat about taking legal action against someone for something frivolous, is not the best way to get something accomplished.

 

The report system does work. You should report any harassment and block the sender
