Hi my name is matt been on the phone with xbox for 2 days i got my card info stolen by a family member i have took legal steps now i want justice form xbox he spent 360$ i have proof he did it. Plz xbox gods give me justice

hello I have spoken to the amazing and nice tech support about this problem I'm having I even have the support number from the manager noelle for proof if it is needed I spent 40$ on exports packs for gears of war 4 and the I did not receive the what I paid
for and I have proof of purchase and history of the purchases and I have spent a lot in Xbox and have been playing the gears Franchise for a couple of years and have been with Xbox since I was 7 never had a problem but this time I do and I really need to get
help with this and want what I had once got please help

 

I accidentaly message reported my friend and I dont want to get him banned. PLEASE HELP!!

So today my friend sent me a message saying "why are you being such a fag" and we were playing trials of osiris. If you don't know what that is it's a game mode on destiny. I was watching youtube on my phone and I was not playing at the time so he sent me
that message and I facetimed him and accidentally reported him for this message. Now he's saying he is going to get banned in a Couple of days and I don't want him to be banned. I really don't want him to be banned so please can a enforcement team member help
me. I cant get in touch with him because he won't get on Xbox anymore and he blocked my phone number so please if I have an enforcement team member contact me using my gamertag I could hopefully bring him back on Xbox and help him.

 

You will need to continue working with support. No one from Microsoft reads this forum and no one from the enforcement team uses the forums. You would have to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them,
but since this would have been something that did not happen on Live, they would not be able to ban him.

 

Well he did use it to but the ea pass for bf4. And he had to use gold mebership to do it right ???

 

All the enforcement team would be able to see is that he made purchases, not that he stole your information. So they would not have enough information to ban him. If he stole your account information via messages over Live, then they would be able to ban
him.

 

Well i l left the ticket number so they can look up all the info i put in the system like a list of transactions for 170 .96 just on xbox that i never told hime he could use and i never gave .him the card

 

Those ticket numbers are for phone/chat support only.

As Smwutches said,we are just regular gamers here,no one from Microsoft or the enforcement team reads these forums.

All anyone can see is that there were transactions on your card,not who made them.

You would really need to take this up with your family & your bank/card issuer.
