    First I want to say that I agree with what the Enforcement team is trying to do, making xbox a better place to be and free from toxic people; however, this has been my experience with them so far:

    Thursday (Oct 5) my friend and I were playing Fortnite. He had just gotten it and it was the first time I had played the new Horde mode so understandably we didn't have the cool things others did. Immediately this random FOUL human being we get paired with
    started mouthing off, talking trash, cussing, etc. about our stuff so we reported and blocked him, yet that didn't stop him from continuing his trashy behavior in the game text chat and smashing our stuff. After about an hour and a half of this nonsense, I'll
    admit, I gave in to my vengeful side and lowered myself to his level (nothing serious, just little half mean jabs here and there). After a bit of getting it back he got angry enough to rage quit which essentially ended the game, ruining about 2 hours of both
    his nonsense and our hard work. At this point I became salty enough to send him, and I quote "lol cry baby lil *****". Not proud of it bit at least I can admit it. This was at 11pm. At 11:59pm I recieved a notice that I have recieved a ban.

    So to recap: 2 hour of vulgarity and harassment with 2 people reporting you = nothing. 1 slightly innapropriate (yet let's admit, not entirely unmerrited) message = immediately banned for 24 hours.

    I do understand that I shouldn't have stooped to his level, and generally I don't (as my impecable reputation level shows), but I also find it a bit tacky on this "enforcement teams" part that he went unpunished... though we are talking about Microsoft so we
    can't expect them to do the logical thing. That being said I recognized my actions were unbecoming and accepted my punishment; however, what I CAN'T accept is the fact that I am now locked out of voice, text, and gameplay even today Sunday (Oct 8). Now we're
    I went to college 24 hours doesn't add up to 72 hours. My ban should have been up Oct 6th by latest 1159pm, so I called Microsoft to confirm and they verified that the ban is no longer on my account and are stumped as to why I'm locked out of everything. Considering
    the fact that the Microsoft tech's troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the problem, and that I'm not given the option to review my case and have no way to contact these people, I would say this is a textbook example of a situation in which I would need to
    speak with one of these "enforcement agents". Even the 3 xbox reps (2 from general customer service and 1 from accounting) didn't have any way to contact these people. They also admitted that this is a common problem and they agree that it's concerning that
    this shadow element has the authority to deny "paid for" content yet can't be contacted easily. Even supervisors of these two departments have no way to contact these people who list there core beliefs of "Integrity... we are accountable for our actions",
    "Compassion... Context matters", "Precision... we must be precise in our investigations", and "Team... dedicated as a team to make it a safe and fun place to be". Now I can't say I know what it's like to run a dysfunctional, totalitarian, morality hit squad
    but I wouldn't call being unreachable "accountable for our actions". I'm currently finishing up my degree in criminology where, personally, I've learned that "context matters" and "precise in our investigation" doesn't mean taking one side of an argument and
    passing judgment. And, now call me crazy, I wouldn't call being completly locked out of everything I've paid for because some troll used a broken Microsoft department's over zealous "report and ban" system to victimize someone, a "safe and fun place to be".

    So, you know... hit me up enforcement team...

    I had recently just been banned for communications and the suspension is supposed to be until the 9th of September. However when I try to play a game online I suddenly cannot do that. Nowhere in the case review or details does it say that I am unable to
    now play multiplayer online. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?

    The enforcement team used to use the forums, but changed to the enforcement site about a year or so ago. Unfortunately phone and chat support don't have correct information about the forums and still believe they use the forums.

    ummm it's not fracture you just don't get it

    Customer support has nothing to do with enforcement nor do they have any say in the matter

    Support does not have network access

    Enforcement has tools to see every single chat every single Video or picture

    No matter what you say to support they cannot confirm anything about enforcement

    Other then if you are banned

    Also should be noted when you report anyone you don't actually know what happens to them.

    If you are checking with another account that's a suspend able offence

    Ban dodging

    It doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone who breaks the rules will be punished

    You don't get any feedback or confirmation of any enforcement action connected y to your report as its nothing to do with you that's between them and enforcement

    However your own actions are your own

    Just because you start a comment with "ummm" doesn't add credibility to your ludicrous assumptions about my post. Though "fractured" might not be the textbook definition of a company's departments being unable to communicate with certain other departments,
    the sentiment is still valid...

    When the supervisor of the tech escalation team admits they have no real way to communicate directly to this department, I personally wouldn't call that that efficient, but that could just be the college education...

    As for the later point of your post, in all humility and respect I would urge you to consider some sort of reading comprehension class. I clearly state that I'm over the whole bout with this individual and honestly at this point, telling that vile trash
    off was well worth the 24 hour ban. The concern now (and always only has been), as my post clearly states (or so I thought), is the ban is still effecting my account even though all of the techs records show that it should have been lifted AND that although
    the ban notice clearly states communication ONLY, multiple games are unplayable at this point.

    Thanks for the reply, but like I said the options are not available. As the website everybody keeps citing but apparently not reading says:

    1. (You can only submit a CR) When the enforcements duration is greater than 24 hours in length

    2. Technically my case is considered resolved so no need for CR

    Alright, so BIG revelation just happened. I found out there are MANY other posts on here about the same thing AND that a couple of you have actually commented in these sections, making me really doubt your credibility if you can sit here and nonchalantly
    condesend my concerns regarding this being an issue, even after you've seen cases of this pop up multiple times. I hope for your sake this doesn't happen to you...

    Or.they simply don't understand the proccess like you do

    There is no way to access the enforcement team

    There is a good reason why they need to.do their job not deal with people who spam request information

    Having a phone line won't solve anything as people would.robo call or spammers line then noone would ever get help.because the line would.be busy

    As we mentioned before it would've been for incidents found after they investigated your account the first time

    There is no stature of limitations on the terms of use

    Whenever you want to accept the correct answer is upto you anything else is the wrong answer

    You do realize that there is 50+ millions of users small amount of posts from 1% of that isn't incorrect judgements it's just people.who don't get the rules
