    Hi, i was banned 2 years ago, and i have come in a money situation, and i cannot rebuy all the stuff i had on my banned account, i was wondering if yall could transfer my banned account paid stuff to My new account, a support agent told me to do this

    I need help enforcement team

    I recently had a run in with someone who now has been harassing me on Xbox and now on social media I have been reported on the 2nd from this kid and apparently on the 3rd when I couldn’t even speak to him or anything’s in the 3rd of this month now I’m am
    suspended for 2 weeks please help I want to atleast be assured I’m no the going to get banned and loose my account and loose all the games I’ve bought off of u urs please help or contact me please and thank you

    ENFORCEMENT TEAM I NEED HELP

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

    Couple of things

    1. Enforcement does not look at bans/suspensions over a year old.

    2. Even if it was less then a year old here is a direct quote from the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

    "UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT."

    That is not possible to do, even if your account is not perma banned, no stuff can be transferred from two accounts. Sorry.

    well since eit has been over 2 years you can't file for case review

    You will.have to start a new account and rebut everything

    You forfeit everything on the account during a permanent suspension

    also i want people to know this action i recieved is my own fault and my anger got the best of me...anyone that may have felt my stupidity and negligence in the past i do apologize..i can assure you my attitude towards the negativity that people bring my
    way will be dealt withe correct way..I PROMISE THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. If its possible to have my online play reinstated on even just my other accounts as my girlfriend can resume her online activities with her friends aswell thank you

    All you should do is file a complaint and block that person. Do not reply even if you want too.

    If it’s only a 2 week suspension you shouldn’t lose anything.
