i need support to my xbox one controller

Hi, my name is Alex, i'm living in Brazil. I have bought my controller couple mounths ago, and he is on warranty, but i can't find any microsoft site to repair him.. The button LB and RB does not worked normal when i bought, and now.. i tried put him to
update e boom, his broke.. does not power up or do something. I need help, please microsoft, i'm your client since xbox 360 (2009) :/

Xbox one Controller Wireless on Windows 10

So I have Xbox one controller connected to my laptop to play some game, I play Phantasy Star online 2 an JRPG game and it support 3rd party controller, the normal xbox one controller won't recognize the game because the game is not Xbox one controller
support, so I change driver manual in Device manager from Xbox one to Microsoft Xbox one controller and Human Xinput change HID control compliant and the game work normal but not for Xbox one streaming. Now I got Xbox one wireless adapter and the Wireless
adapter won't recognize the game controller and change manual driver only 1 preset driver and there's no way I can use wireless adapter to play any 3rd party controller support game, only game on steam support controller and Xbox one stream. Is there a way
to use wireless adapter work on game that support 3rd party controller ?

Asking for a xbox one controller (day one) substitution under warranty

Hi! I'm trying to ask for xbox one controller replacement on the site, but the only available option is to substitute the controller by paying 53 euros; since my warranty is still valid, xbox chat support told me that I won't have to pay anything, but I
need to send the support request form online. Yet I am not able to get the "free" option on the site section for xbox support. Any advice?

I guess they would also need to implement controller support though as well. This may not be really possible with a game that needs so many buttons. The reason I say it will need controller support is because if someone buys an Xbox one game, they expect
to be able to play it with an Xbox one controller.

The original Xbox 360 controllers do not support traditional Bluetooth and as such won't pair. To pair a Xbox 360 controller you will need to purchase an adapter that you plug into your PC. The official one, I believe, can still be ordered on Amazon.

If you want to just straight up pair a controller to a PC without the need for an adapter, recent Xbox One controllers use normal Bluetooth and would pair without issue - https://www.pcgamer.com/xbox-one-controller-on-pc/ will
tell you how to spot which ones will support this as the original Xbox One controllers don't.

Okay then, nevermind. I returned my Xbox One controller and got a refund. I will be switching to a Playstation 4 controller. At least then I don't have to worry about a game having XInput support.

I also will not have to worry about needing official support from Microsoft. That did not turn out well at all. You people need to hire professionals.
