I need someone to review my account and help me!

I currently have 2 accounts, this one is on a suspension but the suspension is affecting my other account that has never had a complaint filed. With conversation with xbox live chat I was informed I had a console suspension which was unwarranted. I do not
know why I was suspended but I understand I must serve the suspension. Can someone from the enforcement team get back to me and lift this console ban so I can play on an account that has never been in trouble. I can sign into another xbox with my other account
and play just fine, I need this taken care of. This is my last attempt before my legal team gets involved. Your office in Seattle would not talk with them so we will have to get more serious if this is not taken care of. Again I do not mind serving my suspension
but I do request that someone please lifts the console suspension so I don't have to play on a different console with my other account. Thank you.

It sounds like you may have received a console suspension or ban.

I spoke with xbox support and they said it was a console suspension until sept 20th but then another support staff said it was through Dec. With that being said I am now switching to playstation. Thanks for your lack of help.
