    I keep getting suspended from communication and the next day live banned for no reason. i honestly think its other players in the same crew on GTA V online because my free aim skills are better than theirs. I've submitted a case review 3 days ago and still
    haven't heard anything back yet! Im paying for Xbox live that i cant even use. I want a refund if this problem doesn't get fixed. you can contact me on here or on

    Nobody outside of the Xbox Enforcement team can help with your issue and they can only be contacted through the
    Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible you should have be able to request a case review. You can also find out more information about

    Posting personal info is not allowed on the forums & it's never a good idea to post your phone number on a public forum.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    If you have filed for a case review you will have to wait until they have finished their investigation & tell you the decision.

    All reports are investigated so you do not get suspended for "no reason".Chances are during the investigation other offences you had committed were discovered which is why you received a 2nd suspension.

    You can find out why on the enforcement site here

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to a refund for any lost xbox live subscription time due to enforcement action on your account.
