I need some information about my power adapter.

Hi everyone.

I will try to be short here: I bought my Xbox 360 in my country, Brazil, and then moved to Switzerland. In order to play, I had to order a new power adapter with the right voltage (200 - 240v, in Brazil it's 100 - 120v~). My old adapter is gone, because
I tried to plug it on a European socket and it is ruined now. Now, I am coming back to Brazil. Do I need a new adapter? If yes, how can I get one? Please help me, I can't live without my games!

I had purchased Xbox One from amazon.com in May and i live in India. So i would like Microsoft to replace the US Power Adapter (it is seal packed & untouched) which came along the console with official Indian power adapter.

 

You can certainly get a new one by ordering it either from the Microsoft Store or through the Repair page. http://myservice.xbox.com/

Although your best option may be to order one through phone support to ensure that you get the proper one that you require.
