    I need some help with audio issues.


    So whenever I'm playing anymore I get crackling audio. It just cuts in and out constantly. It's not the controller or the headset as I just bought 2 brand new ones of both and tried multiple of each.

    I was on with Xbox Support a bit ago and I probably will be after I post this as well. But this lady had me do all this stuff and what ended up fixing it was factory resetting my xbox (keeping games and apps). I get on to play the next day and the same thing
    happens.

    So I'm assuming this only works for the one play time, and as soon as you turn it off and get back on it's broken again.

    Please help me.

    Yeah, I've used multiple controllers and headphones, but I've noticed that this only happens when I'm wearing headphones.

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    If you file the complaint, and then block communications, then remove him from your list there is no way he will be able to send you a message. Once you block communication just make sure you don't send him a message as that will unblock communications.
    I wouldn't worry about it though. Just move on and enjoy your gaming experience. :)
