i need some help understanding/ possibly fixing this?

i wanted to download roblox but for some reason the xbox game store couldn't find it and it gave me "check the internet " option and yeah i found it .. went to my platform of gaming which is the xbox 1 signed into my ms account and said download/purchase.
i then thought ok cool it said its already been purchased but now i have no clue where it is. The game doesn't show up at my games. and now when i search for the game on store i find it but i cant play the thing... when i try to play the thing by going to
a friends feed going over to roblox and find the option that says play game it takes me back to the store where i cant do anything. The game doesn't show up on my xbox but on my ms account it says its there... any advice?

Some things i think need fixing!

another weird thing i noticed just playing horde in gridlock... on the left side of the map where you spwn in in versus mode.. there was like a HOLE in the wall.. wiht this orange ray of light coming out of and crossing the whole map ..i kinda remioded
me of how agunker glows those rays just before he he explodes.. but it was coming out of the building itself.. it appeared when we were fighting brumak and stayed there the whole time.. like through four or five waves.. it would have stayed the longer
but we quit.. .. no one else saw it.. but i did i took a picture of it with my camera ...to bad gears 3 doesnt have the PHOTO SNAPSHOT when in ghost mode.. that would have been easier to show the glitch.. but i wonder why that happened?!:! it was annoying
as heeeeecckk!!..

I did and the depreciated value isn't even close to being able to purchase a new x-box. All I am asking is can I pay to get it fixed or not?

I suggest you (or your parents) take it up with your insurance company and the restoration company as they would presumably be legally liable especially given the non-working state of the console.

Just so you know though insurance companies are evil and give you the "depreciated value" of whatever you insure. They of course are the one's to figure out this "depreciated value" but I've heard many, many horror stories of getting pennies on the dollar
for what it would cost to replace the item.

Sorry once a console is opened by anybody other than MS they will not touch it your only option is to buy a new 360 and for future reference don't post reference numbers on the forums.
