I need some help getting the Gears of War Ultimate Edition promotional codes for gears 1,2, ...

I purchased the Gears of War Ultimate Edition game last year, and I never received the codes for Gears 1,2, and Judgement. I just got done talking to chat representative and he told me to post on this forum instead of the gears of war forum in which I previously
posted twice a couple of month ago; around the beginning of the year. It seems like the forum for Gears of War is very inactive according to the chat representative that helped me, and now I am here seeking for help. I have received the code for Gears 3, but
I never received the codes for the other games like I previously stated. Thanks again guys!

i bought gears of war ultimate edition and have not gotten any of the codes for the free gears of war games,i was supposed to get gears of war 1,2, and 3 and judgement
