    I need some BIG help...


    So, when Ai got my last Xbox One there was a night was a big storm and the power got cut off multiple times. The next morning when I was playing on it, the game suddenly crashes and no other games would launch anymore (strangely though, all regular apps like YouTube launched normally.) I tried restarting the console but the boot up screen looked all glitched and I couldn't even boot now. I tried so many things up to even reinstalling the OS off a USB, but nothing worked. Eventually I brought it to Microsoft (thankfully I still had warranty) and they gave me a replacement and I just assumed that my Xbox was trying to perform and auto update during the storm when right in the middle of it's progress and power was cut off. Well, today the same happened and because I'm in the Alpha Skip Ahead, I basically get new updates NIGHTLY and I'm just worried that it's happened again. Currently apps and games are running normally but last time it just happened at a random time deep into my play session. Does someone know anything about this and can tell me if my Xbox will be alright or not?

    Please could you try the following delete your profile and then delete your cache and then redownload your profile.

    This should clear the problem lets us know back on here if it worked or not and if not we can look in the problem further.

    What browser you using, I had the same issues on IE but Chrome seems to be a lot better now. Good luck
