I need serious help !!!

at the time I first set up my live account, I was on A drug that was supposed to help my back after I messed it up. I started reversing letters in words and screwing up passwords .I thought I had used my original Email address but I reversed to letters in
it.I found this out by trying yo transfer my gamertag to my xbox One.i have no control over this other email and the password written in my pass book does not work for me to use the account.i however still have access to my 360 but with no way to transfer
all my games,saves or my online profile can somebody please help?

Please don't post useless and annoying replies. To answer you question ichuckles, the xbox formatted it which happens every time a flash drive is hooked up to the xbox, it is required for it to be able to read it.

But when I put my stick back in my comp, I still get all the data000 files, so do you think moving all the stuff over to a new stick would work?
