I Need same account for windows 8.1 and Xbox - Help!

ok, I now have windows 8.1 with a Microsoft account. This is a different account to my Xbox 360. I want to make use of the "SmartGlass" on 8.1, and I have tried to change the account on the 360 to the same account I use on windows, but I get to the point
where it asks for the Parental email and password, and it says invalid password, which I know is correct. In order to connect to the Xbox, both need to be signed in to the same account. How do I do this? It seems simple really, I just want to use the same
account on 8.1 an Xbox! HELP!

Video Previews are in French. Need English

This is for Xbox Video on Windows 8.1. I have the same issue over a couple different user accounts over a couple different devices. All video previews are playing in French. I desire they be in English. Looking for help on what setting in Windows will
change this.

Whether your assumption is right or wrong, I do not know. But in my case I have problems with Microsoft Jackpot on 2 computers. One running on Windows 10 and one running on Windows 8.1 Pro. The one on Windows 8.1 was first also upgraded to Windows 10, but
I was unhappy with it and returned this computer to Windows 8.1. The main reason was that Acer did not support Windows 10 for the Acer Iconia W 700 P.

In my case the regio for both computers is the same, the same as for my Microsoft account.

It's probably easier to just sign out on Windows 8.1 and log back in there with the same Microsoft Account you use on Xbox 360, if all you want to do is access Smartglass.
