This account is my life, iv started suffering from some really bad depression and stress ever since this all started, i am a bus driver in london and my job gets unbelievable stressful carrying 90-100 people at any one time, but i need my full concentration
and awareness to do my job, ever since this started I haven't been able to think straight, I haven't been eating properly nor sleeping, this account is my life, iv had this account for 8-9years, this account is everything to me, I haven't spoken to my girlfriend
since all this started, she lives in Canada, i live in London UK we have been together for 2 years, a day or so before this started her phone broke so I told her on xbox to send me her new number when she got it over xbox live, i have no other ways of contacting
her she has no idea whats happened to me in over 2months and i have no idea whats happened to her, this is destroying me, my relationship and my life, i dont know how much more i can take of this, i miss her so much, I have traveled from London to the xbox
headquarters in Reading to talk to someone that can help me get my account back many times, but every time I've just had to submit a case which iv gotten a copy and paste email which the other people have already sent, which is of no help or use to me, I have
called every number associated with Xbox live and support no help as they can't contact enforcement, I'm slowly losing the will to live this is everything to me, taking this away from me I have really no reason to live , I can't contact my girlfriend, I can't
contact my friends, this is the only thing that's kept me sane pushing through my life it has gotten me through so much, Im having some serious problems at home and at work which are being caused by this and its just getting worse and worse, i dont know home
much more i can take, I have been a loyal Xbox customer for 8-9years and in that time I have bought consoles, accessories, games, gold memberships, and Microsoft points back when they were about, 8-9years that's a long time to have had something just to have
it taken away just like that for smack talk,this account is like a child to me in a way, iv named it, iv have brought it up, iv learnt new things, iv been through the ups and downs, iv had over 2months to think things through to know my wrongs i have learnt
my lesson to keep my smack talk to myself, i never meant for it to cause someone to think its harassment, abuse or that i am threatening someone/them or anyone, i am a good player you can see by my reputation, i have never gone out of my way to trash talk
to anyone, there's always a legitimate reason, where someone is exploiting the game and ruining it for me and for everyone else, i have so many friends on xbox which i have no other way of contacting they can tell you that i am a good person a good player,
i just sometimes get extremely stressed from work from life im only human i make mistakes im not perfect nobody is, i just open my big mouth when in fact i should just keep it closed, im not a racist i never have been never will be nor am I a sexist, nor do
i try to harass, abuse, or threaten anyone, iv learnt my lesson fully, i know now to report such players/ people and not to take matters into my own hands, just to keep my mouth shout and not say a word, please I haven't spoken to my girlfriend in over 2months,
i miss her so much i have no other way of contacting her, this is killing me, this is making me so depressed I just want it to end, please help me give my account back, I promise you you my behaviour is corrected iv had over 2 months to do that, you will not
hear from me again being reported for anything I promise you and I swear on my life you wont regret giving my account back please
