    This just happen to me, someone stole my acc, I got on my brothers acc and saw them playing fallout new Vegas! I need help getting my acc back!

    Trouble to acces to my profile

    Hi. I´m Having trouble to acces to my profile account. There apear a message saying that pasword is wrong but I tryed to acces in my laptop on internet at the oficial page and I had no problem to acces, That is to say that de pasword istn the real problem.
    Then at xbox 360 apear a screen like that: "actualziación necesaria" (update needed). And then nothing happend 10 minnuts after. That is to say, is too long time waiting for nothing.

    postscript. My internet runs well.

    Thanks for the answer. I know Argentina is a supported región, otherwise I wouldn't have benn a le to buy it through an oficial retailer.

    But there is NO oficial repair center where I can take it. And the retailer is closed. So no one can take my case as an Warranty Issue. I talked on the phone to xbox support and they litteraly toldme there's no way to acces a repair service in my región. Alread tried it through the web page.
