    Go here and fill out the form, you will need the order number, you can get that from you account on the PC. Explain your issue in detail. If you have no previous refunds they should be able to process this. This is the only place that you can submit for
    refunds now.

    Refunds are not given via the forums. If you haven't had a response from the form, you'll need to wait for a response from that. If it was denied, you can try sending it in again or request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    as a side note when did you purchase them, if more that 14 days you won't get a refund and if you have played any of them for 2 hours or more then you won't get a refund.
