I need my money back for a refund I made.

I am having the same issue, i haven't received my refund yet and it has been 5 biz days. Please help, I'd like my refund asap if possible.

Yes I saw a email saying i got my refund but i never got my money, if I will get my money within a few days I understand, please tell me when I should except my refund.

Thank your for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you have already requested a refund for an item and have not yet receive notification of the refund.

Did you receive email verification of the Refund Dept. decision to refund your item? As per the

How to make an Xbox digital product refund request article, it states "You’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the Support team within 72 hours."

If you have yet to receive this, then the only other alternative would be to continue waiting until you reiceve verification of your refund.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.

I am unable to give you an exact ETA for the funds in regards to that refund you requested. It varies from individual and circumstance, but you can except your refund somewhere in between the timespan of three-to-five business days.

as a side note when did you purchase them, if more that 14 days you won't get a refund and if you have played any of them for 2 hours or more then you won't get a refund.
