I need my halo wars code

I've been waiting for my halo wars definitive edition code. It's been more than 10 days. I spoke to two people on support chat no ne has been able to get me my code I just want the code plz. dont just say you may get it in the next few days, can someone
just directly send me my code I would greatly appreciate it. I'm only irritated because I payed for it and now I have to wait for it all my friends have it and I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs.

Halo Wars Definitive edition not unlocked with Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase

My PC copy of Halo Wars Definitive edition is not unlocked even though I purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and it's included. Is there an additional code that I need to enter?

redeemed my preorder for halo wars 2 untimate edition and never got my halo wars definitive edition code. I can play halo wars 2 but like I said never received the code

 

I hope you guys get your codes soon, I got mine within 5 days I believe.
