I have an Xbox Live Gold Membership on 360, I bought a
Xbox One. Should I cancel my subscription
to use a subscription to One or
it may be transferred to One?

Is there a way I can get my gold time transferred from my other account? I want to redo my stats on a couple of games and was hoping I wouldn't have to buy another gold subscription.

 

its strange so many support agents refer to the boards, as here most other people are players and have no insight on subscriptions or profile related information

but i guess he did it to tell you: sorry, thats not possible

either you have redeemed a code, that sticks until expired

or you purchased an automatic renewing subscription, which is not transfereable neither, but this one could be canceled and purchased anew on your other gamertag

 

also to add you are not to post reference numbers those are ONLY for actual support via phone or chat/twitter none of us have the ability to look those up. and unless you bought the membership in less than 30 days then sorry you are stuck with it. if
it was in the first 30 you could cancel it then get a token code to redeem on the other account but you would have to call support up to do this.

 

You should call support. You can't swap your membership VIA the forum.

 

Does the enforcement team not read the forums? He told me only they can transfer my gold membership, and they would if they had the reference number.

 

They might, but for this you do need to call in, follow this link:

It is not possible to transfer a sub, but, the agent on the phone will be able to help you out, they will cancel the Xbox live gold sub on the wrong account and provide you with a token for the amount of time that is remaining on the account. If the cx that
you speak with says no, hang up and call again.

 

no the enforcement team does NOT read any threads other than those in the suspension forum and that forum is ONLY to find out why you were suspended or banned or any other enforcement action taken on your account. but what RafaelCBF0 said is correct contact
support, get the sub cancelled get the token code and apply it to the correct account, good luck!
