I need my credits!!!

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
Generally, this may be caused by users creating multiple different payments in different regions using their Microsoft Account as the payment method. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access
the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if all the purchases were made in December, it would be too early to see the credits pending.

Just noticed this topic after I responded to your other one. Daft and I are just trying to help you. The Rewards team is the only ones who can help with Rewards Matters, the support agents in these forums can't assist you. You can hear it from us who wait
to hear it from them, but the answer should be the same. Again, we are just trying to help.

Did that but whom ever is responding doesnt undrsatnd or is unable to assist. I also keep getting different answers each time. Xbox customer service has now told me three times I should receive a credit but it must be done the Rewards program. They tell
me to post on forum and refer Reward agent to their notes but they just dont get it. I am just about ready to sell my Xbox and cancel my subscription.
