I need microsoft employee tech support, not other people like me

    I need microsoft employee tech support, not other people like me


    No offense to everyone helping on the forums, and thank you for the time you take to help. I have posted multiple times, i have researched and tried all i could find online, I've contacted support multiple times. I need help!! I have game pass ultimate, but since day one can hardly use, if at all. I'll list all the issues I'm having below.

    To start i can only download games on the home page. If i open all games then chose a game and hit install the install window pops up blank. So if the game isnt listed on new, popular, or leaving i cant download it

    When i can download the game from the home page i cant be signed in. If i am signed in it say im age restricted from game, my account has no such restrictions never has.

    When i start the game it loads then pops up for me to sign in, after i sign in it pops up unable to sync data. If i hit ok it turns the game off, if i hit retry it is endless. The only way i can play is to hit x on top right and close popup.

    My nat is open but my teredo is dormant. I have no teredo adapter. I have tried all things ive found on the forums about this issue and nothing works. I also went to manually install adapter and its not even in the list under microsoft.

    Like i said ive done everything that i can find to do i need actual microsoft support,

    For anyone talking about a lawsuit, that is a little overboard right now. Microsoft simply needs to be aware of the numbers of people seeing a problem. People need to call the tech support number so that Microsoft becomes aware of the issue and can start
    getting a grasp on what systems are no longer working. They will need to find common ground leading to the problems to identify the issues and work toward a resolution. Myself, I have put my Xbox away and canceled my Xbox Live till something is resolved. For
    people who want to have their Xbox available sooner and can afford it, send it for repair. As long as your call to tech support is documented and reflects the same issues, I am sure that when this is acknowledged by Microsoft as an update issue, there will
    be a refund. I have however begun contacting various tech news outlets because there is more to this. Microsoft employees have declared to customers that there are no problems with the update. People need to be aware to confirm full working order of their
    system before the update, maybe even have tech support on the phone when installing the update. That way it can be confirmed before the update that everything is working and then after the update, if there is an error, they will be aware that it was during
    the update. The other option is for all of us with a failed Xbox to call support once or twice a day to see if there is any change in what is happening. Microsoft has made good on update related problems before, they do need time to work on the resolution.
    During that time it would be great if Microsoft employees would stop insisting there is no problem. Because when Microsoft acknowledges the issues exist, these employees become liars and have purposely misled customers.

    My experience on any Microsoft platform has been outstanding. People are nice and willing to help. The Microsoft employees themselves are a great recourse and help me so much when I need support.

    Except that these forums are for technical support say if your console is not connecting to the servers for some reason. Tech support does not maintain or decide upon matchmaking configurations for games. By posting on the feedback site, your request will
    be seen be the correct people and will be taken into consideration by them. That is the only way to try to affect change in the system.

    While there are some Microsoft employees that do tech support here, the bulk of posters are members of the community like yourself. Those that are employees are here to provide technical assistance and have nothing to do with Gears of War or its servers.
    Asking them to change it is like asking the cashier at McDonald's to make the Big Mac bigger or bring back the McRib. They have no control over that.

    Most likely a high call volume.

    People call for stupid reasons(well to put it simple, there are alot of stupid people) and stay on hold waiting, clogging up lines......

    Try to google an answer if you can't figure it out. Call if you must.
