    I NEED HELP


    so starting today whenever i try to type anything on my Xbox like messages, finding a friend, or search something on the internet, anything that makes the screen with the keyboard pop up it stays on the Y key and i cant move to other letters, i cant
    press A, and i cant press B to back out, and i can't press the Xbox button to back out or turn off the console, i have no idea whats happening but please help if you know how to fix it.

    Hey mate,

    Firstly, give your console a hard boot, to do this simply have the console on, then hold the power button on the front down for 10seconds until the console switches off. Then wait for a minute or two, before turning it back on. Try again, and see if that
    has helped

    If not, then it could be a problem with your controller. Firstly, plug it in VIA the USB charging cable, which will prompt you for an update. If no update is available, then try a different controller and see if that works. It could just be that the 'Y'
    button on your controller is faulty
