    I just got a xbox one a couple days ago i got home connectes it to my wireless network it updated everything works good except when i try to get on microsoft store!! It keeps saying "check your connection, microsoft store needs to be online. It looks like
    your not." I have tested ky networks and it says it connected idk what to do or how to fix this plz help????

  4. I need help!!!!

    First step I'd say is go to My Games & Apps and see if there is an update. The store will be updated through there as well, so that might be the case. Secondly, go to Settings > System > Updates and check if there is a System update that needs to be applied.

    Save those two items, you also want to run a Network test: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-settings#99ea23a9ca0c412e874c2870a8412ec9

    See what the test says, if there are any issues or troubleshooting steps to take.

    Last thing to check for now is xbox.com/status to see if there is an outage in your region.

    None of those work, let us know what's happened during the troubleshooting steps and we can come up with some other troubleshooting steps to take.

    Try doing a hard restart on the xbox, turn it off > unplug it from the power > wait 30 seconds > plug it back in to power > power it on > see if it connects to the microsoft store.
