    Hello, my name is Allan and I play in the gamertag since mid-2013. I recently suffered a series of complaints on my account due to bad communication, many people sent me messages offending me after I won them at UFC 2 matches online, sometimes
    I answered the messages with more offenses and these people denounced me many times.

    After taking two blocks from Microsoft I learned the lesson and never again retaliated and much less offended someone, to be sure of that, just check my last messages that a send before the ban, I do not remember being offensive to anyone.

    The problem is that someone who lost to me denounced me, and since my account is a repeat offender, it was automatically suspended. Now I am unable to send messages forever in my account, which is really sad because I believe I have suffered an injustice.

    The first few times I really deserved the suspensions, but in the latter it was completely unfair. Now I am unable to communicate through LIVE forever, this is a long time, a suspension of communication forever seems somewhat exaggerated, mainly because
    my suspension is unfair.

    Now I can not get in touch with the Enforcement team, I'm very sad. I make videos for YouTube and I get fan messages everyday, and now I can not even answer them. Please revert this decision and give me one more chance, please. Review my case, it is unfair
    that I can never communicate with xbox live again.

    I need help

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    There are no such things as automatic suspensions.Any report filed is investigated by a person before any action is taken.

    There's also no time limit on when you can be suspended for an offence.Messages only stay on your profile for 30 days before they are automatically deleted so if you were suspended for a message then it could be for one you sent longer than 30 days ago.Communications
    covers more than just messaging though.

    Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
    here
    is the only thing you can do.

    If you are not eligible for a case review then there is nothing else you can do.
