Discus and support i need help. xbox gold subscirption issue on console in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have an xbox one gold subscription but on my xbox its now showing..     i need help. xbox gold subscirption issue on console


    i have an xbox one gold subscription but on my xbox its now showing.. I signed out and sign back in

    it is my home xbox. and I never had this issue before.. until today.

    when I go in the xbox settings and check subscription it shows that I do have it.. but when trying to play my game online its asking me to buy the gold subscription again.. and my own wont expire till next year.

    please help not sure why this is happening

    I cant access xbox live games and I cant access my subscriptions

    I cant access my subscriptions(Error 0x80bd0006) on my Xbox one console and I also cant access the deals with gold/games .

    On games with gold I receive like I need to purcase the Xbox Live but I have it.

    To resolve the issue I removed my account and perform hard reset that I add my account back on Xbox one, ITS NOT help.

    HELP?

    Hey there GlacialBean5!

    Are you still having trouble connecting to Xbox Live? If so, the first step you'll wanna try is a quick power cycle on your Xbox One (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds). If you're still having trouble after a power cycle, keeps us in the loop.
