I need help with transferring games

Unfortunately if you don't have access to your account anymore, you cannot get your games back. Also, t's not possible to transfer games to another account since digital games are tied to the account that bought it.

Actually, download content is not transferrable between profiles. If you are trying to transfer it to another profile, that will not work.

A license transfer switches it between consoles, but does not change the registration on which gamertag downloaded it.

Once fully transferred to another console, license and all, other profiles should be able to play it though.

You need to perform a license transfer for profile X to move your licenses to console B. Once you perform the license transfer, you will need to re-download Minecraft in order to refresh the licenses. Once done, all profiles on console B should be allowed
to play the game.

Hey there -

Which Xbox One console does your friend currently have set as his home console? And which do you have set as yours? In order for game sharing to work, you would have to set your friend's console as your home console and he would have to set YOUR console
as his home console.
