    I need help with the Xbox insider program


    I got the invitation for the halo infinite flight So I downloaded the insider program so I can do that. But when I opened it it said that I can’t go on if my profile is under 18 years oldI’m currently 17 almost 18 so I went on microsoft.com and changed my age a few months ahead but then this still happened anybody know what I can do to fix this?

    XBox Insiders Forum is the site to post this question for a definitive answer, provided by staff.

    A factory reset is more than likely the way forward, as that is the way to change down to lower rings or leave the program.

    Xbox Insider Forums    . While you may have opted out of future preview waves, you would still be taking part in the current. Thanks a ton for your patience with this!
