    I need help with the store immediately


    Since I am NOT able to call microsoft via phone in my region or a region with a language that I am able to speak and understand I tried to get support via chat. WHich is also not possible. I looked for any kind of email, which doesnt exist.

    I DEMAND a refund for Forza Horizon 4.

    The game isnt installing properly, I didnt get the DLCs even though I purchased them. I reset iwndows and the store and bugs still exist. The basegame keeps resetting and I cant NOT play it beyong what the Demo would allow, telling me to buy the game.

    Orderpage doesnt give me the option to refund. But I purchesed and didnt get anything so I am clearly in the position to demand a refund or at least deman support wich should be granted by law here. Im talking like this because I am done with this company and
    its actions.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you've been suspended, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Thx, I hope this works since I havent found anything like this for the german pages.

    I still dont get why they dont offer 24/7 support for people who dont have any way to contact them during their pretty short service time.

    Thats interesting as there is no information about this on any german page. They want you to use the livechat or call them which I cant do (Im at work when they have their service up)

    Sadly your first link doesnt work (The page tells me it has been moved) and the second link only leaves me with the option to post something on this forum.

    I opened a ticket on the link I got provided here and I hope it works since it seems like this is my only way to contact the support outside of my worktimes

    I tried that one before. When i select "Store" or "Game" or Xbox or anything of the preset options it only leads me to the forum or a help page with tips on how to test if my game works.

    The chat here is offline at the moment. And they are online when Im at work sooo..ya.

    I tried the contact formular ViralCyrix posted. I hope it will work since there only is limited time for a refund and its a lot of money for me.

    Tatsächlich gibt es Fristen, aber wenn du erst am WE anrufen kannst, dann werden die sicher kulant sein. Kannst ja erzählen, wie du von den Support Seiten von Pontius zu Pilatus geschickt wurdest. So lange man ruhig und freundlich bleibt klappt das meist
    recht gut.

    Allerdings wäre es sehr interessant zu erfahren, ob das mit der Ami Refund Seite vielleicht doch bei dir geklappt hat, um zukünftigen Fragestellern, die nicht aus den USA stammen vielleicht den Tipp geben zu können, b.z.w. davon abzuraten.

    Wäre also nett, wenn du das Ergebnis hier kurz posten könntest.

    In fact, there are deadlines, but if you can call at the WE, then they will surely be cularing. Can tell you how you were sent from the support pages of Pontius to Pilate. As long as you stay calm and friendly, the people will be fine.

    Leider habe ich zu den normalen Rufzeiten wirklich keine Zeit, da ich dort auf Arbeit bin und am Wochenende bin ich auch öfters stark beschäftigt im Moment :/

    Daher bin ich sehr fan von einem Ticketsystem. Aber ich werde trotzdem hier posten wie es am Ende ausging.

    Das beinhaltet auch den Fall dass das Problem gelöst wurde, wovon ich nicht ausgehe (leider)
