    I need help with the redeemed xbox game code


    Hi All,

    We purchased a new xbox one s ..and it did come with 4 free games bundled.

    They sales guy from ebgames generated the key and gave it to us included in the receipt.

    We got home keyed in the keys and downloaded the game...the game worked for some days and later tried again we got an error saying we need to contact microsoft or it has expired.

    I tried typing the key again and he said already expired !!!!!!!!.

    I logged a ticket to issue new keys and sent them the old ones but all i got was an email that ticket is closed arg!!!!

    Can anyone put me in a right direction as known of the downloded games are working after spending over $500 dollars

    Xbox codes

    Microsoft Xbox codes need to be redeemed on your profile through Xbox, Xbox app, or Xbox.com. Any Epic game codes will need to be redeemed on their site. As long as your Xbox profile is synced, the rewards will transfer over to the game.

    Gears 1 and 3 are region locked. So in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the games are available.

    The other 2 games are not region locked so they should work.
