I need help with the preview program

Hello my name is Justin and I was invited to the preview program by my friends I never received the message from Xbox. The support dude said I should post here and you guys would help me please help me I just want to be in the program. I was invited about
almost a month ago and i never received the message.

Hey guys! I cannot seem to use my preview program it is still pending the registration after 3weeks. I tried a xbox live chat, but they know nothing about helping with it. Seems like its not really made for support, anyway has anyone got a fix for this instead
of just recommending like they do in the xbox live chat. Thanks

Hi folks,

being invited to the preview program does not guarantee selection. And bear in mind that they do invites in batches/waves due to volume of people trying to join.

How will you know if you are selected?

You'll get a service message from the team on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

My advise is to be patient - if you are not selected during this wave you can get re-invited but I suggest you wait at least a month between invites.

 

The xbox support said I'm in the preview program but I never revived the message on my console.
