    I need help with the insider program


    I left the Alpha program for my Xbox one and it factory reset its self and it needed a update but now it keeps saying the update has a error and it won’t let me do anything else but turn off the console or try to update it again

    XBox Insiders Forum is the site to post this question for a definitive answer, provided by staff.

    A factory reset is more than likely the way forward, as that is the way to change down to lower rings or leave the program.
