I need help with the Insider program

My console insider program is registered to the an account of a person who no longer lives with me, unfortunately I do not have his log in info, and I've been trying to get a hold of him so he can unlink my xbox from the insider program. I was hoping there
would be someone who could force my console out of the program so I can link it to my account. I qualify for the Delta Build but my console is essentially locked to the Omega build because of this.

Have you perhaps tried resetting the console

XBox Insiders Forum is the site to post this question for a definitive answer, provided by staff.

A factory reset is more than likely the way forward, as that is the way to change down to lower rings or leave the program.

How are you in the insider program at all without the hub? You signed up got on the insider track and then deleted the hub?
