i need help with rewards points and the player star rank system

i pre ordered halo wars 2 but no rewards 4 the mission. and i lost a vipstar and cant figure out why?

No bonus Microsoft Reward points (vip star rank 5) on purchases since transition from xbox rewards

Since the transition from xbox rewards to Microsoft rewards I have not recieved the hundred points per pound spent on any of my purchases. I am/was a level 5 my vip star rank at the transition and should through your policy be recieving bonus Microsoft rewards
in line with my star rank on purchases up to 31 Dec 18. This is clearly not happening. Please help, Microsoft rewards can't/wont help. The chat support on the xbox page cant help. So I am left hoping that one of the xbox ambassadors spots this and can help
me.

My star rank got reset! My purchases are not registering!

I have made numerous purchases in December on the Xbox marketplace that have not been registered for my star rank and rewards program. I was almost to a five star rank. After this recent update my star rank got reset to a 4 star and I still have not received
any reward points for my purchases. Very disappointed

If you pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 prior to January 1st, 2017 then it is not eligible for the current promotion. If you pre-ordered within the last few days, it requires 96 hours to reflect on the reward page. The reward team will have to review why you lost
a MyVip star, however, progress is reset on a yearly basis (January 1st to December 31st) and you only keep the stars your achieve and the spending progress is reset. You spending in 2017 will then determine your star ranking for 2018.

A staff member will respond to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to respond. They do not work weekends and they reply to threads oldest to newest.

Cheers Cloud mate. i always buy COD for the single player i agree with the ranking system and prestiges we need something with real ranks but more rewarding

When you visit the Xbox Live Rewards page you can find a link the FAQ for the transition to Microsoft Rewards. The FAQ indicates that your MyVIP Star Rank will give you bonus Points for your purchases, e.g., 4 Star Rank will give
you 80 bonus points per $1 spent (90 points per dollar total). This will extend through Dec 31, 2018.

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.
