I'm trying to buy something and it won't let me. When I select Klarna it tell me they can't make an order. My iDeal is greyed out for whatever reason. I can buy original games, but no DLCs.

Someone who can help?

stopping the automated payment problem

I need some help i cant stop my automated payment since i got new computer and didnt know that u need to verify the computer before i can access to my payment options so i cannot undo the automated payment i made the thing wich resets my info and i can use
this comp on 21/6 but the automated payment kicks in 19/6 so i have a little problem can anyone help me ? would appreciate it just need to get some money before i continue my payment

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I I understand correctly you're unable to use your payment source, Klarna, to purchase content. If this is the case then you should try contacting the payment source to see if they have Xbox blocked for some reason.
If you cannot contact them then give phone support a try. If you live in Sweden you can dial 08 58 53 65 24 (+46 8 58 53 65 24 for calls outside Sweden) 020 79 11 33 or you can use this link Contact Us | Xbox Support
to contact them via chat.

Would you please try to remove and add your credit card as a payment method on your Microsoft account?

After you remove and add it again, try to complete the subscription purchase on another device. If you are trying to subscribe to it on the console, try on the mobile or on the computer.

Also, on the computer, try to use a web browser on an Inprivate / Incognito tab to see how it goes.

What type of card is it and does it support online transactions ?

Sometimes has to be enabled.

If it's a prepaid visa giftcard well roll a dice and pick another one

,you have to register billing info and allow online transactions ontop of that it's a 50/50 chance prepaid cards aren't made for gaming
