I need help with my xbox

My xbox is broken and will no longer work.

i tried putting it on but the touch button turned red and stayed red and the console didn't turned on

so i made a repair order on xbox.com, but i have no idea where i need to send my console to.

and when i made this order it said that i would get an email from xbox to confirm it all, but i did not get the e mail

so can someone please help me repair it??

My main menu has a weird problem. it almost never changes the ads or the advertisements. my internet conectino is fine, because when I live my accounT , the ads change! There is no parents control enable.

i can not download the games with gold, because this does not appear at my xbox for example

what can I do? It s funny because once in a while my xbox come back to normal...

i am sorry about the bad english, i am brazilian.

If you've already reached your limit, you will have to wait a year before you can change your Home again.
