    I need help with my Xbox.


    when my Xbox loads up it stays blank til the homescreen shows up, also games freeze at points then kicks me out from them I can play a little sometimes but it happens all the time every match I play, I’ve tried other accounts, I’ve reseted so many times, I’ve cleared local saved data, but nothing works, when the game freezes so does the menu when I click the home button like it stays on the game and after around 5-10 minutes the menu shows up but game stays frozen. I need help I don’t want to give up on it I just want to enjoy my games.

    I don't have a solution to the dashboard, but just to let you know, for Games with Gold you don't have to use the ad to download the games. You can just search the games in the marketplace and download them.
