I need help with my Xbox One Rewards Balance

my problem is a little confusing so I'll just walk you through it. I was on my Xbox One a few days ago and my reward balance had gotten up to almost $35.00 (I had been saving up for a month or two) and later that night I went to purchase something else and
my rewards balance had dropped down to around $14. I tried to research in which ways they might expire but I couldn't one. I also want to note that I did spend the $14 on DLC yesterday. This must have been either last Friday or Saturday (1/13 17or 1/14/17)

$10 in account balance but 0 in xbox dashboard

Hi, I had a $10 MS reward balance in my account, but my Xbox dashboard showed $0. So in the end the balance expired and I couldn't use the $10. Of course the account that had the balance and the xbox live account were the same. I would like help with this
issue. Thanks

Xbox Rewards did not deposit to Microsoft Rewards Balanced even though it says deposited

Hi there, when does the xbox rewards points show up in my microsoft reward balance? On 12/28/16, in my xbox live rewards dashboard I see that the rewards were deposited "Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" but I can't figure where they were deposited to?
Can you help?

You can check your transactions at Sign in to your Microsoft account It should also show if any of the credits did expire. If you see any errors or any transactions you did not make, you would need to contact support

PBR9039 - Fixed.

I have both an Xbox One and Xbox 360. I tried to use the MS credit on my Xbox One repeatedly and got this error. I then purchased something on the Xbox 360 and was able to use the credit. I used all of the credit balance and then paid for the rest with my
credit card. The credit balance is now zero on both consoles so I am back to using only my credit card for purchases. I'm guessing that when you get reward credits, Xbox somehow distinguishes between reward credits for the Xbox 360 and reward credits for the
Xbox One. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.
