Getting an email from the Enforcement Team means there's been a violation of the Terms of Use
http://www.xbox.com/legal/livetou and nothing else; nothing a player can do would change their actions, nothing said to them could influence them as they only permaban accounts once they have collected
solid evidence of violation.

Once an account violates the rules that severely, it is permanently banned with no recource. Nothing which anyone in Xbox Customer support can do can fix that. Only the Enforcement Team in Forum 15 can affect that. You can

The merchant would be the place you purchased the card from.

Please copy and make a new post in the section "Why was I banned?" and one of the Enforcement Team will tell you why you was banned.

You must have done something in the past or forgot to change at one point which normally is an out of normal colour avatar but the ET can tell you for sure.
