I got a 3 month xbox live gold code and every time i try to redeem it tells me to go to xbox.com i when i try to redeem it says "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate".every
time it give me this c7b924d5-fac2-4823-8938-d630daba4250 so can you or someone else help me with this please?

xbox live 3 months gold doesn't work properly

hi i bought 3 months xbox live gold and i cant play online battlefield bad company 2 it says if im trying to login that my profile does nt have to correct permissions to connect with xbox live gold? i can't find the problem and i need serious help! thanks

Hi there,

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

Depending on where/how you bought 3 months Xbox Live Gold, you don't get a code for Rocket League.

If you bought the 3 months Xbox Live Gold through your console, you should get the game added automatically to your account. Simply download it.

If you bought 3 months in an (online) store, you get the code either printed on the receipt, or via mail from the store. In that case, you'll need to contact the store from which you bought the 3 month code for the Rocket League code.
